Vibration -Isolated Clamping Tables

CFM Schiller produces vibration-isolated clamping tables for test rigs with small assemblies and dimensions.

The table’s framework is designed as a stable steel weldment comprising hollow profiles. The table top is made of either steel or granite and can be produced with T-slots according to DIN 650 or with predefined threaded holes.

The table top is supported through air springs type MAS. The control of the vibration isolation is realized by the mechanical CFM Level Control MC 300-MAS. The natural frequency of the implemented vibration isolation ranges from 2.1 Hz to 2.5 Hz, depending on the used air springs.
